SHIPPING POLICY
AuthenticShopee.com assures you to use the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible for sending your products. We have tied up with reputed courier companies to ensure safe and timely delivery of your products.
How much are the shipping charges?
We Provide Free Shipping on all Orders.
Cash-on-Delivery within India (Limited Cities Only):
We offer Cash-On-Delivery (COD) facility within India. However, this facility is not available in certain cities.
What is the estimated delivery time?
We usually deliver in 2 to 5 working days
To ensure that your order is delivered on-time, please make sure of the following while entering your Shipping Address and Phone Number details:
Provide complete address details with House Number, Floor, Street Name and Locality along with a Landmark.
Enter correct City, State and Zip/Postal Code details. Orders may get misrouted if these details are incorrect.
Kindly make sure that Phone number (preferably mobile) is correct and reachable. We may need to call you for delivery related queries.
In case of Cash on Delivery orders, please make sure someone is available at the shipping address to pay cash by tendering exact change.
Please do not accept the package if it appears to have been tampered. If a product is damaged, inform our customer service immediately at +91 8076489348 (Monday- Saturday,11:00Am-6:00Pm) or mail us at info@authenticshopee.com, mentioning your order number.
Note: With every order, you will receive an email containing the details of the order placed by you. Once we ship the item(s), you will receive another email containing the shipping details.
How can I track my order details?
All AuthenticShopee.com items are delivered through reputed courier partners - who will provide you with a Tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery on the respective websites of our courier partners. What if my order does not arrive on time?
If for some reason you don't receive the delivery in time or cannot locate it with the tracking information provided, kindly contact us at info@authenticshopee.com.
Payment Terms:
We accept payment through Net Banking, all major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Demand Draft, Cheque and Cash-on-Delivery. Cash-on-Delivery (COD) is available only in select cities. With COD you shall be required to pay cash on delivery of the goods you ordered.

The above time lines for shipping and delivery are subject to change without notification.
We are not liable for delay in delivery caused due to Operational limitations of our Logistics Partners, Unavailability of recipient.
Orders are strictly delivered to person it is intended for, delivery could be done to family member upon verification.
RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY
1.Returns or exchanges are accepted if products are in acceptable condition and within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Following shall not be eligible for return or replacement:
- Scratches or marks on the product and Outer packing/Box.
- Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers/Bar Code.
- Product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
- OPENED Tested and SPRAYED.
- Deodorants and DeoSticks (Roll Ons)
- Return is not eligible if you Don’t like smell of perfume after using, as these perfumes are Sealed Retail packs and are not meant for Testing… Kindly test them at nearby mall or shop before placing order or Kindly check review of perfume on . If you dont like smell of perfume it is not our fault. There are thousands of perfumes and everyone have different choice.. so kindly order after testing it or after reading its review… WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURN IF PERFUME SEAL IS OPENED.
- Longevity Issues: If your skin is dry, then fragrance oils cannot fully penetrate your skin and will evaporate easily, as opposed to if you have oiler skin. Sweat is another factor that affects the way a fragrance smells on you. Some lighter, citrusy notes, found in fragrances that are perfect for the summer will react pretty well with perspiration. On the other hand, heavier notes, found in fragrances, suitable for the cooler months, such as musk and wood do not do well when mixed with a person’s sweat. Weather, Body chemistry, Perfume Batch code, Perfume Reformulation are major factors which affect Lasting and Smell of Perfumes.
Note: We will not accept return in any circumstance if product seal is opened as all products are sealed retail packs and not meant for testing. - Note: You probably know that what smells good on one person doesn’t necessarily mean that it will smell good on you too. The reasons behind it have to do with your skin’s chemistry, and more specifically your pheromones, also

Cancellations:
- Cancellations by you before order is dispatched: If you cancel your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse, we will refund the entire amount. 2-Cancellation after your product has been shipped: If your order has been dispatched from our end, we will not be able to cancel the order. (Please note: updating the shipping details might take upto 24 to 36 hrs). If you received the product, still it will be eligible for replacement or refund. Please refer to the "7 Days Return Policy"

We strive hard to process all orders at the earliest, but there might be times, where we cannot process your and need to cancel your order due to any reason. AuthenticShopee.com reserves the right to cancel an order at any time
without giving any clarification to the respective customer. - Once your order is submitted there will be a charge of 2.5% of your order value in order to cancel it.

Returns:
Products once purchased cannot be returned unless they are received in a damaged condition. As we do not take back returns, we do not offer refunds. If your product is received in a damaged condition, we will send you a replacement after receiving damaged return. Please do not take delivery of any package if you find that the seal is open or it is in
damaged condition. Do not intentionally damage the product or try to change product as all perfumes have
there codes printed below box. We will verify all codes after receiving return. If the products are received as damaged, please mail us a picture of the product along with the courier box and details at info@authenticshopee.com
Steps to return a product:
If a product has been authorized for a return by AUTHENTICSHOPEE.com, you (the customer) must ensure the product or products are carefully wrapped and securely packaged to avoid any further possible damage. This must be accompanied with the purchase receipt. We advise you (the customer) to use a courier company that can provide you (the customer) with a tracking number for the return. The customer will be liable for the shipping cost involved
when returning the product/products. We will not accept any returns without prior notification of the return and a valid receipt as proof of purchase. Please contact us before making any returns.
You can return a product hassle free in a few simple steps:
1) Place your item in its original packaging.
2) Mention your order number on a paper, or insert the original invoice
3) Sealed the package properly
4) Send it to us on given address
To return an order please send an email to info@authenticshopee.com. Please include the word "RETURN" and your order number in the subject of the Email. We advise you (the customer) to use a courier company that can provide you (the customer) with a tracking number for the return. Please also ensure that we should receive the product back within 10 days of sending us the request, otherwise the product will be ineligible for return.

If you do not send it by Reputed Courier Company and it doesn't arrive at our Postal Address we will not be able to action any refund/exchange, as there is no method of tracking available Mode of Refund:
Once your return is received and inspected by our returns team (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 5-30 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
How will I receive my refund?
a) If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the Credit Card or Net- Banking account(same mode of payment)
b) If the payment made was by Cash, we will send a cheque to the billing address or make Bank transfers/NEFT payments from our company bank account.
How long will the refund process take?
Typically the refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving your items. Receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you. The expected timelines are as
below:
a) NEFT/Bank transfers:It would take 4 working days for it to be deposited into your account.
b) Credit/Debit Card or Net-Banking: We process it in 3 working days but it may take up to 7 working days for the credit or reflect in your account.

Note:
We provide return Pick-Up; the shipping and courier charges will be deducted from customer’s payment. When we process the return, the customer is liable to pay both ways shipping and courier from customer to seller.
